With a very vocal community voicing their need for a physical copy of the soulslike game Mortal Shell, publisher Playstack knew it couldn’t let down its fans. They announced yesterday that there would be a collector’s edition of the game releasing in just a couple of months! While the digital version comes out on August 18th, purchasers of the physical copy have a little more of a wait as it releases on October 2nd.
Playstack assures that the contents of the physical copy will be well worth the wait. Besides the game, it will include an exclusive fold-out poster and softback artbook featuring never-before-seen concept images and character art. This collector’s edition will cost $29.99 and can be pre-ordered at most major game retailers very soon. You’ll be able to pick up the collector’s edition for PC, PS4, and Xbox One!
